Hatha Yoga, Deep Listening, and GLO

// THREE SEPERATE EVENTS //

HATHA YOGA

Join us for an hour of MORNING YOGA in Eric Ericsonhallen at Skeppsholmen together with Sudheesh M. Balakrishna

The event is FREE of charge but we encourage donations to #bethechange. The mission behind #bethechange is to regularly provide freshly prepared meals to people living on the streets of Thrissur in Kerala, India. Sudheesh himself raises funding and awareness of this charity's cause by holding donation-based yoga classes. His family and friends in Thrissur prepare the food, and deliver about 300-500 meals every month. Read more about the initiative here: http://eng.ayuramma.com/

WHEN: 27 NOVEMBER 07.30-08.30 (doors open 07.15)
WHERE: ERIC ERICSONHALLEN (changing room available, but no showers)
HOW MUCH: FREE OF CHARGE & OPTIONAL DONATIONS - all proceeds go straight to to #bethechange

Mats will be provided but you're also welcome to bring your own. It can be bit chilly in the morning, so you might want to bring a sweater or shawl!
